Fried Neck Bones...and some home fries 
I suspect this photo depicts a pizza oven, maybe coal fueled from an old and well stablished pizzeria in NYC… As a Floridian of some 37 years, my familiarity with this dining delight comes only from the pen of Food Maven and Galloping Gourmand, BSS, so I would guess this oven is command central for Patsys or as my second guess, DiFaras… If I win the contest, please overnight me a slice of cheese from both establishments !!!
