wow, with a name like that i had to look it up. Its a porridge of lamb, wheat berries, lentils and spices particular to a district in dacca, bangladesh called kalabagan. In a way, its another form of curried goat. perhaps you would like to present a series of articles on various occurences of curried goat round the world but found in NYC and call it the goat chronicles?
