I thought the hints were more than obvious, yet I only received a few correct responses identifying the place that has this unusual kitchen apparatus.

That is funny, i lived a few blocks away from that place for over 6 years and never ate inside. The yucca with garlic was good but, that was the extent of what I would get from them.
